Hi @QueenB š just a follow up on my question I asked on 31st August (page 5). Could you confirm please if any of what I gave feedback on was passed to the Studio and if so has the Studio sent any feedback back to you.
And I would just like to highlight again about health and safety. I now have a trigger thumb š can't prove it, but I know scrolling has been a major reason for this. It appears King have made every effort to make sure we get sent back to the level we have reached and if not keeping our wits, that's what happens. Unfortunately I haven't kept my wits many a time with the Chocolate Box and when continuing with a task forget to close the box that takes me back to the 20000's. Don't expect any sympathy from anyone, it's my own fault for continuing, but I must say it's getting easier and easier to not bother playing, what a shame.
So it would be nice to know one way or the other what the Studios answers are to what I had put nearly 4 months ago.

As Christine said @dsipes this has been complained about many times. I've even had surveys in the past asking what I think about pop ups and I've told them. I don't even know for definite if anything I've put in the thread has been passed back to the King studio. So guess it's just wait and see what happens and keep moaning/commenting on it š
This has been a complaint raised many, many times. I often have checked how much time I actually get for the 5 minute party poppers from the daily win or daily stamp, and by the time all the other pop-ups have finished it's usually 4 minutes. I typically get at least one episode from these timed boosters the game keeps throwing at us, but it takes some clever time management.
Has there been anymore discussions about all the pop ups so to speak when you have a timed booster and only 5 minutes to use it and then have to click through a bizzillion things to get to the actual game. I typically get 2 games in on a 5 minute timed booster.
š¤£ Routine questions š thought this was what the Community was all about, but silly me of course it isn't. Yes I noticed it had been changed to 'Social', another 'what's the point' change. Oh well guess it's just a case of 'get on with our lives' and see what pointless things King do next šš

On the matter of lives, I'm not sure King really want us to send lives or receive lives. In my latest new game I have been blocked repeatedly from passing levels within my five lives and there has been no pop-up to suggest I make friends. I think to them it's a necessary evil that we can help out one another at all. In fact they have renamed the 'friends' area "social", that is really odd I think.
Hola @QueenB š¤ I know you're not back until tomorrow but sending this ready for your return. Have the Studio got back to you on any of the points put in this thread.
Also I want to draw attention to what I put on page 4 about the sending of lives, hopefully you have already seen what I put. There seems to be more and more posts mostly from newcomers to the Community about not receiving lives. This really does suggest that a lot of players are unaware of how to send them. I appreciate that what I put maybe a bit long winded, but the Developers/Studio should discuss the issue and find a way of explaining how it's done. It is something that would tidy the game up a bit and help many. It's a shame King don't look at the basics involved with the game.
So let's try again, get it set up that lives can be sent to all in our Friends List all in one go. And have some kind of widget or whatever is easier on the game map to explain how to send and request lives.
Would really like to know King's thoughts to save me keep typing the same things over and over.

I don't know how we get King Games to be fair. Is quitting the only option. In this stress time in the world, escapism matters. But when escapism games are stealing from the players because let's be honest: LEGENDARY, NIGHTMARE games are UNWINNABLE unless you pay. Why has King Games new owners (Microsoft) become so mercenary? The GREED is obvious. The game makers, whether AI or the ones who program AI, KNOW they are making it impossible. WHY??

Hello @dsipes Yes as @christinewupp mentioned: when there are duplicate pins, it will be exchanged into sparks, and then you can spend them to unlock chests for more pins.
@Carol-38 the times booster saving idea is wonderful. Iāve missed out before because it happened at an inconvenient time (like while waiting in a lobby for an appointment). It would be nice to have the chooses for the chocolate box less frustrating. I have 3 times I can change it and 2 of the 3 are the same, only worse than the other. For example, I will give me a choice of pass 8 levels and if I pass on it I may get a choice to pass 10 levels next without the option to go back and say okay Iāll take the 8 levels instead. lol.
oh okay. Maybe I have had it and just not known what it was lol. I have been playing for a very long time but have learned so much coming to the forum that I didnāt know.
I have felt the same way. Iāve always completed the surveys when asked because they seemed like they genuinely wanted the help of us ālittle peopleā lol. Well they donāt care because I have always put the same things in every time and they never change.
The sparks box is part of the pins feature. I don't have the event in my game at the moment so I can't illustrate this. I think it shows up in the right top corner, with a star symbol and allows players to open one of three chests with their spare duplicate pins.
I would hate to see how much money I have given this game for this reason right here. It is a constant stress. I donāt spend money I donāt have; however, I feel like they make certain levels 20 moves knowing it canāt be completed and then for those that donāt have gold bars to play, they have to eventually spend money when they have tried for weeks to pass the level and havenāt been able to. Iāve had games where just one more move would pass the level but the fish (which use to be helpful and now are useless) ate a candy at the top instead of the one I needed to be removed to win. I had 9 gold bars and have always wished they would do something just a few gold bars instead of 10.

What happened to my inventory?? I had over 1,000 candy bombs, over 250 candy hammers, 120 fish and more stuff. Now it's all gone. Why? I'm on the same device as always. It took me years to build up my inventory. Someone help please.

Why didnāt someone told me that there is upgrade and u can earn more pins and reward I thought like every other event there is no upgrade now I just achieved the first one and in only 2 days I canāt collect 81 platinum pins there is miscommunication about this event anyone with this problem
