Yes, there have been over a thousand complaints about this over the years in this community. Check out the thread "video ads not available.." at the support forum (the ? in the green circle at the top of this page) to read them all and to read the repetitive answers from King.
Anyone who spends money on any purchase in the game will lose their ads and/or never see any ads. I hope this is not what happened to you. Otherwise you may well see them back if you used to get ads, but when no one knows.
I am not getting any ads. Anybody else having this problem?
II am stuck at level 18277 and I can't get past it. Can you help me pass the level?
@Arfatalmkhlafy30 , you are a very skilled player in Candy Crush Saga based on your current level. I encourage you to continue to build your inventory of boosters in the many special events frequently offered in the CCS game.
