I added a gift card and didn’t get my gold
Please ignore Lindark and follow PummyRaj advice: Contact player support about your problem. You can do this via the app: Go into settings (the small pink cogwheel at the top of the map screen) and then to the Help Centre, which has the ? icon. There scroll through the options until you get "contact us" at the bottom of the page. You will get an automated response first of all, but this should get followed up within two days by a response.
Occasionally players mistakenly add a gift card to the wrong game as well when they redeem it. Do you play other King games like Candy Crush Soda? I wonder if your gold got added there instead.
Hello @PummyRaj You are quite right to question this response. I suspect this contributor uses an AI system to answer each and every question here in the support forum and this time it must have made an error. I am not sure why they are doing this since their account already is classed as legendary but you might want to check if this can be investigated. I wish we still had a "flag" button and then we could hi-light useless responses like that. There is also one here:

I am sorry to hear that you did not receive the Gold Bars after adding a Gift card!
While redeeming the card, did you make sure to select Candy Crush Saga as your option? If you did and the gold did not reach your game, you will have to contact King Player Support team. If you need help with it, please let me know the device you are using!
