Well it's happened again...

I have played Candy Crush since conception and am on Level 9000+. I just went to play my game and I'd been booted off (logged out). When I logged back in, the game looked different and all my boosters were gone... including the ones I paid gold bars for! This exact same thing happened on Farm Heroes several months ago and I had to start from scratch. King keep sending automated emails telling me it's not their fault, but if I do nothing, it's obviously a fault in the game. I'd like King to at least credit me some gold bars so I can buy my boosters back, but they never personally respond to me.

When you've dedicated years and years to a game and the creators don't assist when the game malfunctions, it makes me wonder why I continue playing.

Hello @Nickie_Nolan This sounds like a genuine error with your account that only King can fix. To get past the automated emails and reach a genuine customer services advisor/support try this: Use settings in your game, there go into the help centre and then scroll through all the options until you see "contact us" at the bottom. Use this method to contact King and create a ticket. State your problem clearly and in a few words (a computer will scan your query so if you make it too long or complicated it will struggle to understand the real problem). You WILL get an automated reply, but a few days later this should be followed up by a real answer. If you are not happy with the help you get then reply to the first email you received, stating your case again. Do not keep creating new tickets, but keep replying to the original email sent out. If you cannot get anywhere this way, then place a "question" here in the Support Forum, which is the ? icon in the green circle at the top of this page. One of the game experts might help you there and maybe chase up your ticket with player support. So keep a note of the ticket number you get next time you contact them.
