The problem is that the level of the race in winning is not counted

Hello Candy Crush Support,

I’m experiencing an issue with the game. I’ve been winning levels and participating in races and competitions, but many of my victories are not being counted properly. For example, I recently finished a full stage and won a race, but the win was not recorded, and I didn’t receive any rewards.

Please check my account and help fix this issue. I love the game and want to continue playing without these problems.
