How can I get my 409 gold bars back? Why am I not receiving any more events?

Hello!  I downloaded the latest update for Candy Crush Saga. I am now no longer receiving any events, and I lost all of my 409 gold bars. I did not lose any of my boosters, or any lives from friends, only the 409 gold bars I have accumulated. If I go to the Shop, I only get a "buffering" wheel. I play on a relatively new Dell laptop with Windows 11. This is not a new device. Here are some screenshots:

The first one is what it shows every time I go to Events. 

The second one shows the buffering wheel when I go to Shop. It also shows my 409 gold bars now as 0...

How can I get my 409 gold bars back? Why am I not receiving any more events? Please help! Thank you!

Hi @XmasBaby1225 Normally when this happens (and it's happened to me too) the game will reset eventually. Try to close the app, check your internet connection, and reopen it again. Make sure the time and date are set to "automatic". Do this a few times if necessary. If it does not fix itself contact Player Support. Do not uninstall and reinstall the app if you had any boosters in your inventory as these are lost when we uninstall the app.
