New level order with hardest ones beginning and end of episodes

Is everyone here seeing the new ordering of levels now, with the hardest ones being grouped at the end of episodes? Some episodes also have a hard one to start with, but generally all the easy levels are now grouped in the middle. I'm just wondering if this universal now, and here to stay.

the only way King will change this is by cutting their revenue. So the easy way to force them to change their attitude and setup’s are simply, do not spend anything!!!

Totally agree with all. Hopefully those in charge will read all these comments and change the episode levels back.

Feels like another way they are attempting to manipulate players into spending gold/money, - gotta keep at it & finish the episode race in first!

After scrolling up a bit, I found that levels are ordered normally after level 17240.

@QueenB Maybe we could share this feedback with the team. So far everyone here seems to agree with me that it's not a good idea. I cannot imagine many players liking it at all. It is off putting and will be off putting to newcomers as well. I seriously wonder why this change was implemented. Any chance of finding out?

Mine is the same. I'm guessing AI likes things in order. Easy to hard. I liked it better the old way too.

Agreed, the new level arrangement is both boring and aggravating. I'm very thankful this change hasn't really shown up at the end of the map yet (I assume since the level difficulties haven't been rated yet). Any idea how soon the levels get reordered by difficulty? How far up the map does this reordering apply? I do see the reordered levels at the lower levels, like the four sevens moving.

You are right about Midsummer Meltdown. The new layout does make events like these a little less annoying.

These are the features I dislike about the new layout:

Sometimes the first level of the episode is so hard that you'd either have to pay gold or a strong boosters to even enter the episode race. Since doing so would be just stupid this new layout forces anyone with any sense to keep replaying this first level until it gets easier to pass, which is so boring.
The easy levels are often too easy, so grouping those together is boring and just makes it even more monotonous.
Having so many easy to pass levels early on in the episode will waste the timed boosters from the daily win for most players. The only sensible strategy to win the episode race is to stop every day at the end of an episode. The daily win will not trigger until we have played and won one new level. If the episode starts with one nightmare level and then has several easy levels to follow this means that our 5 minute party popper and 15 minute UFO will trigger after the first (potentially harder) level and for most players will have run out before we really need them.
The end of these episodes is just drudgery. Boring.

Whoever thought this would be a good idea? Did the AI think of this? If it did it needs to go back to AI school.

All of my accounts have turned into this layout. But the Midsummer Meltdown has used the last legendary or nightmare for itself, so this change would be good for the players who have the Midsummer Meltdown.😆🤣
