Hey, I finally got some spare money and used it to buy 10 pieces of gold for 99 cents in a deal. Ever since then I haven't been given the option to "watch ad to get 1 more move" and similar stuff. How can I fix this? Is it normal or a glitch?

Yes, this is normal and not a glitch: King remove all adverts from players after they spend any money on the game. This has been an established fact we have warned about in this community for years, we know this from reports by players posting here, and also by testing it out myself multiple times.

Thank you for the feedback. The video ad feature as all ads and promotional features is still a test feature in the game, which means that some of you can get Lives, while others can get Boosters or other items from this feature.
This also means that the video ads will not always be available and not found in all player's games or on all devices.
So if you at the moment are missing the ads in your game, just stay tuned and keep an eye in the game to see when the ads are back.
