I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing an issue with changing your profile picture in the game! It has been a while since you reported the issue! Is everything alright now or do you still need help?
Can you please tell me which device you are using? Where are you clicking to change your pic? Can you share a screenshot of that area? Please also share a screenshot of the error message you are seeing!

Sometimes an issue that a player experiences is related to their device rather than the game. So, we first suggest trying the following standard troubleshooting steps?
- ensure you have a stable Internet connection
- check your free memory on your device, you need at least 2 GB
- clear your game cache (do NOT delete data — your boosters are stored locally on your device and will be lost)
- check for updates for your game app and run them
- Force close all apps and restart your device. Make sure it's turned off for at least 10 seconds before turning it back on.
