I recently found out that if i lose in a level i cant anymore watch ads to Get plus moves does anyone know how to get the feature back?

Using a voucher has definitely caused players to lose the ads in the past. I fear that using Google Play Points might have the same result. The system is automatic and run by AI, so they probably cannot make any differentiation between a real purchase or a voucher or play points. I am sorry but there really is nothing you can do. It's happened to so many. Look at all the 2000 posts here:
Sorry @ni9ta I don't know what the Google play points coupon is, so I can't say if that would be the cause. We don't know how the King system records those spending real money or if they've used a coupon. But it does seem to stop ads for those spending real money. Hopefully you will stay in the Community and if you do get adverts back let us know. Good luck 🙃

about 3 days ago i used google play points coupon from google play i didn't give real money but i used the coupon.. since then the ads stopped
Hi @ni9ta Welcome to the Community 🤗 Unfortunately there's nothing you can do to get it back. These kind of features aren't permanent, so sometimes you will get it and then it can stop for a while. When did it actually stop for you and just out of interest have you used real money to buy anything in your game. If you have that would be the cause, if you haven't 🤞you should get it back again soon.

Thank you for your question — it has been asked by many players. The video ad feature, like all ads and promotional features, is still a test feature in the game. This means that some of you can get Lives, while others can get Boosters or other items from this feature.
This also means that the video ads will not always be available and not found in all player's games or on all devices.
So if you at the moment are missing the ads in your game, just stay tuned and keep an eye in the game to see when the ads are back.
