the versions of level 12470 are different on the YouTube samples from the version I have on my Apple devise that is extremely difficult and I find impossible to move on from this level. Can you explain?
Well yes, of course. This is a known issue which is not going to change. If you are stuck on a level either post a screenshot here or look up all 15 levels of the same episode on Youtube to find your level.
II'm Having same issues
ALL the levels have been jumbled up by the AI that runs the Candy Crush programme! Unfortunately this means that levels are not what the YouTube videos show. If you want to check out a level you now have to check out the entire episode. All levels in each episode are still mostly the same but in different positions within that same episode. King have grouped all the hardest levels at the end of episodes now, just to annoy us all it seems! Good luck finding your level on YouTube. If you get stuck on any level come back here and ask us for advice, we can check most levels out here in the community and give some tips. There are also some interesting discussions over in the discussions forum if you'd like to join us there, including some on the topic of muddled up levels. I link one here:

All Youtube videos are uploaded by other players and not by King. After a player uploaded their video the level may have been updated and therefore look different when you check it.
Make sure to filter your Youtube search by date to get the newest videos first and then also the most current level version.

in my weekly contest it is not recording my progress. It says I have only won 5 levels this week and I’ve actually won like 7 episodes. I have played at least 150 levels this week. I am Nikki #8 on the list
I am not receiving my rewards
What happened to my inventory?? I had over 1,000 candy bombs, over 250 candy hammers, 120 fish and more stuff. Now it's all gone. Why? I'm on the same device as always. It took me years to build up my inventory. Someone help please.
