I still cannot sync different devices

I am waiting for you to fix the issues. I play on my phone - I've finished all levels as of yesterday. I also play on another device within facebook. That is now syncing. HOWEVER, I have the app on my laptop as well. I was told to log out and log back in. I did this. I logged out. CANNOT GET BACK IN. So in that app, i'm on level 89. NOT AT THE END. Because it WILL NOT CONNECT TO FACEBOOK. That's not my fault, the issue started when everyone had the same issue and it was on your end, not mine. Please fix the problem on your end so people like me can play. And don't tell me to log out and back in because I did it once. And now can't get back in. YOUR FAULT, not mine. Correct password is being use and everything. YOUR game won't let me log back in.

As you are aware from this main discussion —> Game not syncing,👈 the King team is looking into the issue and are working on a fix! Unfortunately, it is taking longer than usual🙃

I am glad to know that the levels on your phone and Facebook are syncing! But, I am sorry to know that you are still experiencing issues with the Microsoft App! Not able to log into the game through Facebook is a common issue few players are experiencing! King is aware of this issue as well and are working on it!

From what you have explained, I am thinking that your Facebook account and King account are not synced! And, that is the reason, you are finding yourself at lower level but not a glitch!

If you contact the King Player Support team, they will be able to assist you with this! Would you need assistance to send your complaint to them?
