This happens a lot if with this game I am afraid as it is so data hungry. What we lose is not so much the internet connection but the connection to the app store and King's server. This connection is more data hungry than for examples using internet for sending an imessage or email. So you may have good enough internet for most activities, but not enough for the app to connect to the server. The best way to deal with this is to force close the app and reopen it every time you lose connection. Keep doing that because every time the app loads it will try to connect to the server. If it does not find that connection it will load in "offline" mode. So you need a good wifi and a strong enough signal for the app to link to King's server via the app store.

Sometimes an issue that a player experiences is related to their device rather than the game. Thank you for confirming that you have a stable Internet connection. Now, I would suggest trying our other standard troubleshooting steps:
- check your free memory on your device, you need at least 2 GB
- clear your game cache (do NOT delete data — your boosters are stored locally on your device and will be lost)
- check for updates for your game app and run them
- Force close all apps and restart your device. Make sure it's turned off for at least 10 seconds before turning it back on.

Would you please quit using the temu apps, every time I watch add it kicks me out. It's getting very frustrating to play. I'm not going to keep playing untill they stop. And if you choose to keep using the adds, I will delete the game. Thank you, theresa
