I accidentally made apurchase-Requesting Refund

Hello King Player Support Team,

I accidentally made an in-app purchase in Candy Crush Saga for ¥300 on August 3rd. I used PayPay via Google Play.

This was an unintended purchase, and I have not used the item. I would kindly like to request a refund.

Here are the details:

Purchase Amount: ¥300
Purchase Date: August 3, 2025

Hello @Mayit1999 and Welcome to our Community! We do not handle issues with purchases in this Community. You need to contact the King Player Support team for this type of help.

If you need a refund for an accidental purchase on Candy Crush, follow these steps:

Open the game app and go to the Settings menu (gear icon).
Tap on the "?" icon to access the Help Center.
Select the topic related to Purchases.
Scroll to the bottom and tap on "Contact Us."
Provide details about the accidental purchase.

If you purchased through iTunes, Google Play Store, Facebook, or Amazon, you may also need to contact their support directly for a refund.

Hello @Mayit1999 Unfortunately you have not reached King Player Support here, we are all just players of Candy Crush like yourself.

Also unfortunately Player Support will not refund any accidental purchases you may have made and it is unlikely that Paypal or Google will do so either since you received what you paid for, although you could try asking them. I would strongly recommend you protect yourself in future from accidental purchases of any kind by making sure you use a setting for your Paypal or Google account that requires confirmation before you make any purchases. This should be possible to do though since I use Apple I cannot guide you exactly through the procedure.

More importantly please note that this is a public forum and you must not show your Google account details and email to everyone in the world like this: It is a security risk. To delete the information here go into your post and tap on the three little dots in the circle at the top of your post. That way you can edit your post and remove the personal information. I will also tag a moderator to try do this for you.
