my game does not change levels automatically i have manually click on next level. Also every time i open the app to start the game it goes back to level 429 but i am 1003

Go to the settings menu in your app (cogwheel icon). There select 'Account & Help' > 'Help Center', in the Help Center select 'My Game Progress' and any of the topic there. Scroll down until you see 'Chat with Us'.

Try replaying and winning level 429 again as the game didn't seem to record you passing it. If this doesn't help, you'll have to contact Support directly to get this resolved.
