New Device

New phone. Lost all boosters in both Regular and Soda Saga and I had a LOT, especially in normal candy crush. 99+ in everything except Mystery Pieces

How can I get these back. Ain't no way it's impossible.

The bot setting to use the old phone is a joke, that's too many to waste just using them period let alone in a timeframe that makes sense

@iw2ma Sorry but I think this question has been answered above. They will not replace your boosters. If you did spend money you are going to need to contact support for replacement. Unfortunately the Moderators cannot help you.

I do have the old device but telling me to use Hundreds of boosters per booster until they're gone for a device with finite life span is insane. Especially for OG Candy Crush for which I save them to play in the big tournament each year.

If a reason for this is they don't know how much. Could I not take a photo or screenshot or even a video of how many boosters I have on that device and they can transfer that many over to this one?

Our saved boosters and stores lives not being transferred to a new device is natural in King Saga games, as these are stored only on the local memory of the device we use and not transferrable!

If both your devices are iOS and you have saved the game to iCloud on your old device, it is possible to retrieve all the boosters on your new device. But, if you are using Android, I do not know if it is possible or not (it did not work for me though)!

Like @cookiemae mentioned above, King will not reimburse our boosters unless we have purchased any!

With regards to contacting Player Support team - I am assuming that you are using a mobile device! If so, you can find this article in game App Help Center as well👇

Click on the Pink Cog wheel - either on game "Home" screen or "Map" screen;
Click on "Account & Help" option (last one) in Settings window;
Click on "Help Center" (first option) in the next page;
In "Highlights" - 2nd article is about "New phone or Tablet……" click on it and check out the article.
If you still would like to contact King Player Support team, please click on "Contact Us" button located below to the article (at the bottom of that page).

Iw2ma sorry about losing your boosters unfortunately king will not give you those back because it's not saved on their servers. The have no idea even how many you might have had. If you lost gold bars they can return those because they are saved. Each device saves the boosters so if you still have your old device keep playing on it until you have used all of them then start on your new device. Sorry that happened. You can contact support and see if they might give you a few boosters as compensation.
