If you’re referring to Express Delivery, the free lives no longer exist
I'm not sure which 20 mins free life you mean. We were told the train feature no longer offer free lives, but only offers free timed boosters now. If you see the offer next time please take a screenshot and post it here. Whenever I claim any prize that is free time (such as from the daily treat machine) it always shows as infinity on my lives.
