I’ve been awarded 20 mins play time and colour bombs but NOT received either.
Is anyone else having this problem?
Yes, that's not surprising because I think that version no longer exists. But it might come back. Most of us hope so since boosters without time are …..well….. a waste of time.

You can post your screenshots here by using the landscape icon next to the smilie face at the bottom of the reply box. If you do please could you specify the date when they were taken. I thought the free time was no longer being offered by the train feature, so it would be interesting to see evidence that you still see this offer.
I have screen shots of free play time that has been awarded to me but I have not received. I am seriously considering cancelling my account and finding another game to play.
I really feel cheated.

The event had 1 day left and just disappeared! I was so close to the finish. Make it right please. Also, you can't chat with the bot on the help center of the app on Android, the bottom screen function buttons cover the text field and you can't click on it to start typing.
Hello, I played so hard and purchased lot of coins to get 300 coins in musical season task, I finished 8 and still have the 9 one and I can't see it, yesterday I checked I see that I have 36 hours to be done. What can I do now it is not fair at all
I completed 2 sets of levels, gold chocolate box, and finished all of my tapes earning over 100 gold bars. When I opened my game this morning, they were ALL GONE. I now have ZERO!!! I spend a lot of time earning those and would really appreciate if they were added back to my account. So upsetting!
