Request regarding ads availability

Hello King Support,

I have been playing Candy Crush for a while and really enjoy the game. However, I’ve noticed that my account does not have ads options (such as watching ads to get extra moves, boosters, or lives), while some of my friends do.

I would really appreciate it if you could check whether ads can be enabled for my account as well. Having access to ads would make the game more enjoyable and balanced for me

Your request is very nicely written but I am afraid that King will not give anyone ads on request. The game is run by automated systems which allocate ads to some groups but not to others. Make sure you don't spend any money because anyone who does will definitely not get to see any ads.

Thank you for the feedback. The video ad feature as all ads and promotional features is still a test feature in the game, which means that some of you can get Lives, while others can get Boosters or other items from this feature.

This also means that the video ads will not always be available and not found in all player's games or on all devices.

So if you at the moment are missing the ads in your game, just stay tuned and keep an eye in the game to see when the ads are back.
