Iphone problem

In December 2023 I reported thay my iphone does not sync with my Mac. Nor could I log out of my iphone account. Nor could it connect for rewards even though it was connected to the net. I was advised you were aware of the issues and working on it.

Getting on for the second birthday of my query which has never been answered. Is there anybody there?

Blimey, you have been patient waiting all that time for a reply! I don't think anyone who worked at King's in 2023 is still at the company. In fact there were quite a few people still around in 2023, but now they have mostly been layed off and the game is largely run by AI. I hope this answers your question (the "is there anybody there" part) but I am sorry I cannot help you with your technical problem.
