Very dissatisfied that I won the episode race for level 18590 and should have received 40 gold bars. ย I did not receive them. ย Please remedy this issue and restore the bars to my account.

Hello @khelgenberger this isn't the right place to ask for gold bars to be added to your game. This forum is just a fan site. That is, it is a forum where people that play Candy Crush come to discuss the game. No one here can access your game.
All you can do is contact King Player using the Help function of your game to see if they will rectify your problem. It is highly unlikely that they will help you though as they make a point of not replacing items that have been gained freely. They might give you some compensation though
