hello!Why can't I watch helpful ads like other players?i play game for over 10 years

Hi @ghercaalina Welcome to the Community 🤗 Have you ever had helpful adverts and now they have stopped? Adverts are not a permanent feature of the game, for some they come and go. It's King who decides who gets them and when.
We also see many posts from others who have spent real money to buy something in their game and the adverts get stopped. When that happens it's unlikely adverts will be given back again. So if you used to get them and haven't spent any real money, 🤞 you will get them back.
Where are you playing from and what level are you on now. It's nice that you have joined us, we are all players like yourself and come here to discuss and help each other with our Candy Crush Saga games. So if you have any more questions or need help with your game please ask and someone will try and help.
