Hi @A2020Sayf Welcome to the Community 🤗 We are all players like yourself and come here to discuss and help each other with our Candy Crush Saga games. I'm afraid there is nothing we can do about you not receiving video ads in a long time, except explain why that could be.
Adverts are not a permanent feature in our games and they can come and go, King decides who gets them and when. Many players have also posted in the Community saying that once they spent real money to buy something in their game, their adverts stopped. So if you haven't spent any real money 🤞you should get adverts back at some stage.

why is it you’ve basically made it impossible to pass levels unless the player pays for extra moves??? This game has become a joke! I’ve played the level I’m on about 100 times and never came close to passing if??? Is this just a money grab at this point because it 100% feels that way!!!
