Hi @MountainMom I couldn't remember if I had already voted on Elsa's post that was started nearly 7 years ago. So just in case I hadn't I have added another comment to it, yes 7 years ago when we were in the 4000's 😅. I know Elsa has now given up with it but I haven't. I ask QueenB constantly and I'm sure she is fed up with it, especially after sending me this post ⬇️ nearly 3 years ago
That was when we got the awful new map, and as we all know this still hasn't been done, the longest consideration I've come across.
I will say, even if @Alienscar hadn't posted about idea's re lives, I wouldn't have created a new Idea. The fact that as a player and member of the Community you applied and became a Moderator some years ago stops you from being able to be 100% honest with certain things. But luckily for those of us in the Community, long term or new still 'just players' not Moderators we can be more truthful, as long as it's polite and within the House Rules. So I will say, I'm not sure why we have an Ideas section, hardly anyone views it or votes. Look at the Ideas Alienscar attached re lives posted April 2023 and August 2023 and they're still just sitting there the same as Elsa's from January 2019.
You said you will remind our managers that Elsa's idea has almost 1,000 votes and encourage them to advocate for it's priority by the development team. Do you mean you will pass it on to QueenB, if so I don't think it will make any difference. As none of the suggestions many of us have put in the Community and QueenB has passed on to the Studio has made any difference.
I also sent ⬇️ to QueenB over 2 months ago but to date haven't received any kind of response
Sorry to have gone on so much but it's just to prove that many of us still want things changed that will make the game interesting and fun again, but King just don't want to know.
Also I don't expect you to reply as, as I said above being a Moderator you are restricted by your contract as to what you can actually say and do.

If you haven't already done so, please vote for the IDEA to add a search feature to CCS. This idea would eliminate scrolling! I will remind our managers that this idea has almost 1,000 votes, and encourage them to advocate for its priority by the development team.
Your suggestion regarding the process for sending lives sounds interesting and plausible. Would you be willing to create a new IDEA to explain how you would like it to be implemented?
I get it @MountainMom and now we're best buddies I don't suppose you could ask King if they could change how we send lives to friends. Make it that they can be sent to all in one go, and give us a map scroll down feature.
I know I can be a very naughty girl sometimes 🤸🤸 but it's always worth a try 😂

@Carol-38! I greatly appreciate your kind and friendly responses to players questions and am delighted that several other members also provide helpful answers to player questions. I do not intend for my messages to be "robotic referrals" when I include hyperlinks to Help Center articles. I try to practice #3 in Stephen Covey's "Principle-Centered Leadership": Give a man a fish and you feed him for a day : Teach him how to fish and you feed him for a lifetime." There is a great amount of effort that is focused on constantly improving the Help Center, and I want to encourage all players to use this valuable resource. Please continue to support players with your kind and inviting responses! And, I hope others will continue to support our Game Moderators in a positive manner.
And also @carol-38, the links to threads are sometimes a bit unwieldy and not easy to negotiate. Moreover, and understandably, they can contain conflicting advice/suggestions. The eventual solution takes time to evolve and may often appear in a completely different thread.
It’s for these reasons that we rely on seasoned crushers like yourself (and many others) to give us the benefit of your experience of actually ‘playing’ the game.
Thanks @Charleyfarley I appreciate there are some links like 'Can you get paid to play CCS' that are helpful. But when others have already answered a post from a newcomer to the Community I don't see how it's then an extra help to have a link added that says the same things that have already been said. Let's face it, most newcomers come here after emailing King Player Support who send an automated message telling them to join and ask the Community. So then to get, what I class as another automated link, isn't friendly or encouraging the newcomer to stay. That's why I asked MountainMom the reason for the link after the post had already been answered.
There are enough of us replying to posts, so there's no need to add links to save time. Just take the time and answer in a friendly, truthful way, surely that's what the Community is all about.
So I will carry on doing what I feel is the friendliest, and answering without an unnecessary link, hoping the Community doesn't fall into the unfriendly response attitude most get from King Player Support.

Thank you for your response @MountainMom I also appreciate your help in responding to players issues along with many of us in the Community, the more the merrier. I understand what you say about adding the link, but I will carry on answering the way I do. I feel it is much friendlier than just adding a link, I also like to let newcomers know that we are players like themselves and fully understand their problem. Also, hopefully that will make many want to stay in the Community and join in with other posts 😊

Out of interest @MountainMom could you tell me what you think the additional information is that you say HM899 would find by tapping on 👉HERE👈. Between us, Alienscar and myself explained that adverts aren't permanent and can come and go. We also explained what King do when players make a purchase using real money. All of that again is shown in the 👉HERE👈, so what is it that you are saying is additional information please, I'm asking in case I'm missing something 🤔

Hello @HM899 you aren't the only person to have lost their advert features as recently a lot of people have posted to say the same thing.
There is nothing you can do to force your lost adverts to reappear and all you can do is wait and hope that they do
Hi @HM899 Welcome to the Community 🤗 Adverts aren't a permanent feature of the game, they come and they go. Another reason they get stopped is if you pay real money to buy something in your game. Have you spent any real money lately, if not you should get adverts back at some stage.
