Ah, I note your clock is wrong and you have to wait a long time for new lives: Please set the date on your device forward 10 days while the game is open. Then, straight away, set the clock and date back to "automatic", to the present time. That way you should get full lives again and they will start to refill every 30 minutes.
But I do not understand your second screenshot. Is that player you? What level were you at previously?
