Hi @10549621746 Welcome to the Community 🤗 Many of us have posted about the same problem in the past. There's no one answer as to why it happens, most likely to be a system fault. Sometimes it appears after playing another 2 levels, so up to 3 levels. If you've already done that and it hasn't appeared, it's unlikely you will get it for the Episode you are playing. If you haven't already played another level, close the game app, reopen and play another level. That might help but if not I'm afraid it probably won't, but hopefully you should get it on the next Episode.

I got the booster wheel spin jackpot today, and it looks like it's supposed to include everything that shows on the wheel. Why didn’t someone told me that there is upgrade and u can earn more pins and reward I thought like every other event there is no upgrade now I just achieved the first one and in only 2 days I can’t collect 81 platinum pins there is miscommunication about this event anyone with this problem
