I am stuck and it’s impossible to solve it.
Been stuck on this level for ages. Impossible without being forced to buy gold bars for extra moves. Experienced player having reached this level so being told to use boosters etc is insulting. Can win episode race to get gold bars, very few daily boosters actually help. Feeling conned by Candy crush as they obviously want to just make money by forcing you to buy gold bars. However I will not buy bars and may well leave the game for goid
Thanks for jumping in on this. You’re absolutely right that this advice can feel basic to experienced players, especially at that stage in the game.
Totally fair point on the video guides too, they’re often outdated by the time a player gets there, and I get that it can be frustrating when they don’t match the current version of a level.
I could have acknowledged more clearly that the level itself has come up before. I’ll dig through and see if we’ve got older threads or feedback we can surface again, or if this might be one to re-flag to the team based on how much confusion it's still creating.

I don't find this answer helpful @QueenB . The video guides are confusing as there are so many versions of the levels out there. A player who has reached this level will be experienced enough to know that they need to use all the free boosters available. That would be advice good for a novice and might be seen as insulting to an experienced player. This level has been complained about a lot and there are some threads we could link players to. Unfortunately as King have muddled all the levels around this has become really difficult and the search option does not function any more. This level used to be level 9634.

Sorry to hear you’re stuck on level 9631, it’s definitely one of those levels that requires some strategy and a bit of luck with the candy drops.
Make sure you’re using all the free boosters and extra moves the game offers (like the Daily Win and the Free Spin Wheel).

Why can't I receive lives from My friend
Hi everyone, The last couple of days I'm not able to watch any ads (for extra moves or lives) :( did this feature disappear? I already tried re-installing the app, but after connecting the app to fb again, I lost some cassettes and still no ads :(
why is it you’ve basically made it impossible to pass levels unless the player pays for extra moves??? This game has become a joke! I’ve played the level I’m on about 100 times and never came close to passing if??? Is this just a money grab at this point because it 100% feels that way!!!
