Hi @Ahmed2011 Welcome to the Community 🤗 I get that sometimes so I turn off and restart my device, it normally helps. Try it and see what happens if it still says the same let us know and hopefully someone will have another idea. But as it says DO NOT reinstall the game, it will put itself right at some stage.
