Hello Candy Crush Team and fellow players,

I have been playing Candy Crush Saga for many years and I’m now on Level 18231. While I enjoy the game a lot, this level feels extremely unbalanced and almost impossible to pass without using several boosters or gold bars.

The number of moves is too limited compared to the blockers and requirements. It feels more like a paywall than a challenge, which takes away the fun of the game. Many players love difficult levels, but we also expect them to be fair and skill-based, not purely luck or money-driven.

I kindly request the developers to review and adjust this level (either by increasing the moves or reducing blockers) to make it challenging but still achievable. I believe other players might also feel the same frustration.

Thank you for considering this feedback. I hope this level will be balanced soon so that we can continue enjoying the Candy Crush journey.

Hello @nawaz333 and welcome to the community. You have spotted this right, but it's not the only such level. There is a paywall which starts about 2000 levels from the end of the game. This means that it moves with time. One way to avoid it is to always play more than 2000 levels away from the end of the game. Here some tips:

This post was written when the end of the map was at level 19,000, so then the Wall was starting around level 17,000 but it has since moved up to beyond 18,000. 60 new levels are added every week, and the Wall moves along with those.

As I mention in that post: King don't care what players think when they reach those upper levels. You are deliberately being blocked at this level, they know that it's impossible. There is unfortunately no means to contact anyone at King's with a complaint. I mean in theory you can write to player support, but no human is likely to read your complaint there. It would just get the automated reply from the King bot and get filed away and thrown out.
