I understand how frustrating it feels to see all those saved lives disappear. A while back, the game introduced a limit on how many lives you can store, so even if you collect more, only a set number will stay in your inbox. Extra lives above the limit are removed automatically.
This is why you see your lives disappear regularly, the game clears them once you go above the maximum allowed.
I know it’s disappointing when you’ve worked hard to build up more, but you’ll still keep receiving new lives from friends each day, up to the allowed limit.
