Platinum pins

I have been close to collecting all of the platinum pins and get 240 gold bars for reward, but today I lost all of the collected sets of pins. I also cannot sent the screenshot to prove I have no pins. Also, I still have not received any Feedback on the described issue.

Level 14390 impossible to pass
This level is simply impossible to pass. I've hit it as part of the concert chaos event and as with all levels to get a band member in this event, it's impossible without using loads of boosters or spending gold for extra moves. This is ridiculous and just makes the game boring. I feel like I've been stuck on it for weeks…
Why does it prevent me from playing all the lives my friends sent me?
