game is stuck because shaded candies don’t mive
Levels with ice can be tricky because you can't select and move candies that are covered in ice. However, you CAN select and move a different candy (that is NOT covered in ice) into the ice to make the same match.
In the screenshot below, you can move the purple candy to the right, OR the orange candy to the left to make the same match. Both ways work, and it doesn't matter which way you do it.
However, on levels that have ice, it works differently. In the screenshot below, you cannot move the purple candy because it is covered in ice and you cannot select it. But you CAN move the orange candy that is not covered in ice to the left to make the same match.
If your game appears to be stuck and you can't find a move to make, look at the suggested move. If the game suggests a move, then it IS possible to make it. You just need to find the right way to make that move. If you're having trouble finding a possible move, send me a screenshot and I'll tell you which move you can make.

What do you mean by shaded candies @Clinton50 ? Are those candies covered in ice? Maybe you could tell us what level you are playing?

The event had 1 day left and just disappeared! I was so close to the finish. Make it right please. Also, you can't chat with the bot on the help center of the app on Android, the bottom screen function buttons cover the text field and you can't click on it to start typing.
Why did you just remove the music event from the app?? I had 18 more hours to complete and was on my last 3 laps and it just disappeared. I spent so much time and boosters just so you can do whatever you want? You’re not doing these events fairly
As stated in title. Have made sure that both apps (FB and Candy Crush) are updated. Have also tried uninstalling FB to try to login via Web browser. Nothing seems to work. Any tips?
