Link old and new phone

I have a new phone and the game took me back to level 1 and gave me a new player ID

Facebook shows the same level as my old phone.

Facebook support group gave me instructions on how to link the two phones as I am on level 6438 on my old phone. Sadly the steps given are not coming up on either phone

I was advised to stop playing on new phone so you could look into it and link the games back to my original account- user ID 1207104239, instead of 15990919133.

I have tried logging in via Facebook on my phone and can't find the game. Yet I can log in on my laptop, so no idea what is going on.

Please help me go back to user ID 1207104239.
