Power-up data is not interoperable?

Today I switched to my Huawei smartphone to continue to play levels, but when I checked my all power-ups I found the problem, which is power-up data is not interoperable. My power-ups are separated from FB webpage edition (left) and app edition (right). Although I can play CCS on my phone for now, but the power-ups shoule be interoperable. Is this a common problem?

Hello @shwangtianyuan This is not so much a problem, it is a normal game function of Candy Crush.

This is normal: Boosters are placed on the device on which you earned or bought them. Each device therefore has its separate booster inventory which cannot be exchanged.
