Hi and Welcome to the King Community

To retrieve your Candy Crush progress on a new iPad, simply download the game, open it, and log in using the same Facebook or King account you used on your old device. The game will automatically sync and restore your levels and Gold Bars from the server.

Install Candy Crush on the new iPad

* Go to the App Store and download Candy Crush Saga.

Log in with your existing account

* Open the game on your new iPad.
* Tap the "Account" or gear icon, then log in with the exact same credentials (email and password or Facebook) you used on your old device. 
* If the game doesn't automatically load your progress, look for an option like "Retrieve My Progress" or a similar prompt to restore it.

If the issue persists, after reconnecting, please email this to our Player Support Team here and tell your Game ID there.
