To retrieve your Candy Crush progress on a new iPad, simply download the game, open it, and log in using the same Facebook or King account you used on your old device. The game will automatically sync and restore your levels and Gold Bars from the server.
Install Candy Crush on the new iPad
Log in with your existing account
If the issue persists, after reconnecting, please email this to our Player Support Team here and tell your Game ID there.
