Cannot make in app purchases

This started about 2 weeks ago. Only on one day was I able to make purchases. I do understand that iPad Air 3 is no longer supported so I transferred the game to my iPhone 13. Still can’t make purchases. I’ve tried every solution possible but still isn’t working. Error message reads “Due to connection issues we couldn’t verify your transaction “

I’ve done all the steps and still can’t make any in app purchases. I am on level 17974 and haven’t had any issues until now. If it can’t be fixed/solved I will definitely quit the game.

I’ve done all the steps and still can’t make any in app purchases. I am on level 17974 and haven’t had any issues until now. If it can’t be fixed/solved I will definitely quit the game.

Got Booster Wheel Jackpot, But It Didn't Include the 15min UFO
I got the booster wheel spin jackpot today, and it looks like it's supposed to include everything that shows on the wheel. However, there was no 15 min unlimited UFO blaster (it showed it in the graphic showing you won the jackpot, but it was not in my boosters). Is this a known issue or just a one off glitch?

Most of the time my game is disconnected
I play in iran and i should use vpn to conect and play, but most of the time my vpn is conect but my game is disconnecting. I am a old player and i am playing during 13 year and my level is 8434, i am iranian person not a government please let us to continue connection 🙏
My entire inventory is gone!
What happened to my inventory?? I had over 1,000 candy bombs, over 250 candy hammers, 120 fish and more stuff. Now it's all gone. Why? I'm on the same device as always. It took me years to build up my inventory. Someone help please.
