couldn’t make in app purchases for weeks. Finally started working for 2 days last week then went down again. Don’t understand why this problem can’t be fixed,

I’ve been having the same problem for weeks. I contacted apple support Oct 17th about it and they couldn’t figure it out. I’ve done everything you can think of to do. It’s not just candy crush. It’s a few other games I play.
