Hi, when I download the candy crush app on my phone, I can retrieve my information. However my facebook game started from level zero, there is no "sync" button on the facebook for me to sync. Please update the FB candy crush. Thanks

To sync your Candy Crush progress to your phone, open the game and tap the "My Profile" or "My Account" button, then select "Continue with Facebook" and log in with your Facebook credentials. For a new phone, install the game, tap "Continue with Facebook" on the home screen, log in, and your progress should sync automatically.
If you still don't see the right level please force close the game, wait a few seconds, and then reopen it.If that doesn't work then please sign out of your Facebook account, close the game, reopen it and then sign back in again - sometimes it just needs a little nudge to make sure the level loads correctly.
