I've lost all my progress on Candy Crush.

Good morning. As title says, I've lost all my progress.

Yesterday I received my new phone and of course I intalled Candy Crush in it but, when I entered via facebook, my progress weren't recovered.

Before I was at level 18229 and, as now, in the new phone, always with my facebook account, I'm at level 12, what can I do to recover all my progress I made along the years? Thanks for the support

I've been reached out by King but my problem still persist. I followed the procedure they sent me via email but still I'm at level 12 and not 18229 as I was before. Why wouldn't they just take me at my previous level?

I sent the email, now I'm waiting for the support to answer me. I'll come back if none as been fixed.
