Hi. I play since 7o'clock in the morning but my Evolution in Prize Party it's not updatet. I am on the first place since yesterday but even thought I colect orange candies my number it's the same.

I am not sure how sharing the game ID for this game would help. I did not myself attempt to play any new levels today since I was firmly in the lead without any danger of losing the gold prize. I only saw that other players' scores were not moving. It is mar's game ID you would need to find out what went wrong.
That is unless of course the other players are not real and the event behaves like Factory Frenzy. I hope this is not the case.

This may help the investigation maybe: Here is my leaderboard as I saw it during the final hour. Nobody increased their score, which is unusual. What is more unusual though is the fact that the player named "mar" in third place gained their "completed Concert Chaos" avatar (the singing avatar with the headphones) during that last hour: So mar must have played new levels during this period: The avatar got updated, but the levels did not count for this event.

Cleared at least 50 levels but the meter is not registering the numbers of orange candies striked
I have cleared at least 50 levels in the last few hours and should be ranged among the top 10 by now but I am not progressing since the meter is not registering the candies that I have managed to clear

I am having the same issue. I have played for over 2 hours today and none of my orange vandies have counted. I am sotting in 2nd place but should have easily moved up over that time span.

There have been several comments about this event malfunctioning today from other players as well, so it's not just your game that is affected. I fear there is nothing you can do now as the event is nearly over.
Maybe if you contact Player Support they might send you some compensation.
My account is not counting points for the finals on collecting orange candies. Account id.1120924850. Thank you for the correction. Today I went through about 25 levels and not a single point was added.

Ive played atleast 30 levels of prize palooza today and its not updating on leader board, im rapidly dropping out of the prize positions. How is this happening?

Have you tried closing the app and logging in again? @Luiza88 ? Maybe you lost contact with the server. Try closing and reopen the app a few times. I get a similar problem from time to time, especially with the Palooza event. Rebooting your phone or computer might also help.

I did all of that. Everyone else are playing and progressing...I think I ve played 50 levels today but still the same number as yesterday...and is annoying because I had quite of advantage.

Prize palooza isn't syncing. I've passed probably 20+ levels today and was nearly in first place but now it isn't syncing and ive been passed. This is so frustrating for the time ive spent trying to win this competition!!!
In the current event, the game has stopped counting my orange candy. I have not made any progress in the event since this morning, although I completed many levels.

I play candy crush on facebook and on microsoft for PC. Facebook I am almost at level 3000. Microsoft will not for the life of me let me log in on the facebook button.
