Why can’t you fix this situation

Here we go again, another week(s) of not being able to make in app purchases. I don’t understand why this can’t be fixed. It’s ridiculous!

Hi @r2jacobs I understand why this is frustrating, especially since this isn’t the first time you’ve run into it. I want to take a closer look and make sure we’re actually narrowing this down instead of going in circles.

To help do that, could you share a few details next time you see the error?

• What device you’re playing on (Android, iPhone, or Windows)
• Whether this happens on Wi-Fi, mobile data, or both
• Your country/region
• Whether you’re using a VPN (or confirm you’re not)
• Does the error only appear when you try to make a purchase, or does it show up elsewhere too?

If possible, a screenshot of the exact error message would also help a lot, as different purchase issues can look similar but have very different causes.

In the meantime, a few things you can try (no reinstall needed):

• Close the game completely and reopen it
• Switch between Wi-Fi and mobile data
• Make sure your device’s system date and time are set automatically
• Check that your game app is fully up to date

Once I have those details, I can better understand what’s blocking the purchases and take it from there.
