Thanks for the extra details! Since this isn’t limited to one booster and it’s freezing during regular gameplay too, let’s rule out a few common causes first.

Could you try the following, if you haven’t already:

• Close the game completely
• Restart your device (not just the app)
• Make sure the game is fully up to date
• Clear the game app cache only (don’t clear data)

For now, please don’t reinstall the game yet. We want to see if a clean restart and cache refresh stabilises things first.

After trying this, let me know:
• Does the game still freeze when you use special items?
• Does it happen on every level or just certain ones?

Once we know that, I can look at what the next step should be.

Hi @jennnilaw, thanks for sharing the screenshot. Just to help narrow this down, can you let me know if the freezing only happens when you use the UFO booster, or does it also happen with other special items?

And does it freeze every time you use it, or only sometimes?

That will really help us understand what’s triggering it.
