This level requires clearing all the blockers and collecting four frogs, which means you need to feed and move the frog four times.

Clearing the board. Try to break the ice covering the skulls early by exploding the wrapped candies that drop. The board only has three colors, and like many such boards, it is very luck-based. Some boards go into an explosive frenzy and produce long cascades, while on others nothing happens. You will have to wait for the right board.

Moving the frog. To feed the frog, match it with candies of the same color until it's big and glows. Once it glows, you can move it: click on it, then click on another spot on the board. The frog will jump there and change its color. To fulfill the frog task, you need to move it like that four times.

I don't recommend moving the frog to the bottom row to clear the jelly there, as feeding it once it's there is too difficult. It's best to move it somewhere on the main board where it can be fed again with matches, cascades, and explosions. Use it to clear the sides of the board.
