Hello @Anniseh, there should be a "Request this badge" at the bottom of the list of players who have already earned the badge. Since you do not see that option, your well-deserved badge has been ordered by @bearwithme to be manually added to your profile. Please be patient.

Dear @Anniseh, I have sent you several replies with instructions on how to claim your badge for the 21K milestone. Since you have correctly posted the screenshot of your game map in the badge thread, please tap 👉HERE👈 to request the badge. The link was included at the bottom of the original post in this discussion.
It still shows @christinewupp that a screenshot of our map needs to be attached to show that the level has been passed, so that's still the same. But it now shows the link to click on to claim it. When I clicked on the link it asked me why I thought I deserved the badge 🤭 thought it was a strange thing to ask but I stayed polite and put, because I passed the level.
It has always been automated. Previously, anyone posting in the milestone thread would automatically receive the badge, and the moderators would sift through the thread revoking badges from those who don't qualify. Now the automated system seems to be broken or only partially functioning.

You know what this means? The community is going all automated, that's what it means. I've seen them dabbling in this since September 2024, on and off, and I really think we are on a downwards spiral here. All the replies in Support are now automated. I know you don't go there, but I am sure all those answers are not sent by bots. The moderators used to sift through the milestone threads to award badges. Now that's been replaced by an automated system. I've taken a look at it. If we don't have to send in our screenshots any more, does that mean anyone can claim it with no proof? Do we just have to argue our case? What's the point of any of it……@Carol-38

Once there, scroll down to the "Player Achievements" section where you will find hyperlinks to all other milestone badges for which you are qualified (1K through 20K). Please note that milestone badges must be claimed individually by posting a screenshot of your game map in each of the relevant discussions.

Hi @Anniseh if you've already sent your screenshot go back to the top of the thread for the 21000 badge and click on the green link I've highlighted below. It seems how we claim badges has changed, probably the not so nice new Community system we now have 🙄

Hello @Anniseh I wasn't going to answer this because MountainMom is a lot better at answering this kind of question than I am. It's not my area of expertise and it's the kind of issue the moderators are best to answer. However, as you asked me specifically in the other thread:
You need to go into "contests". It is one of the green circles at the top of this page. In contests there are links to all the threads for all the milestone badge. You need to choose the one you want and post a screenshot of your map there.

Hi I've purchased gold season pass yet after I had to reinstall the app I still have access to the 8 lives but nothing else in the pass? I've attached screenshot that shows my lives are currently above the normal 5 and the other screenshot shows the pass as locked? Please advise
