This is a glitch other players like you experience and reported. The chocolate under the purple candy is not real and it is not really under the candy, so ignore it. The "chocolate" does not effect you from collecting all the jelly since it is not really on the board at all. Also, the candy isn't stuck, so any move will remove the jelly you can't see under it. The King team is working on this problem.
