If you mean how do you chat with other players, you can do that in the Community providing you are chatting about the game. We are all players like yourself and come here to discuss and help each other with our Candy Crush Saga games.

So if you have a look at other discussions you might find something you want to add. Or you might have something you want to start a new discussion about, something you like or don't like that's happening in your game.
