Since February 16, every time I log into thr game it starts from level 1, but I am at level 12858. How can I log in to my previous level where I was before?

If you still don't see the right level please force close the game, wait a few seconds, and then reopen it.If that doesn't work then please sign out of your Facebook/Kingdom account, close the game, reopen it and then sign back in again - sometimes it just needs a little nudge to make sure the level loads correctly.
If the issue persists, after reconnecting, please email this to our Player Support Team here and tell your Game ID there.
