Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!

Please make sure you update your game to version 1.323. which should fix the issue with the Booster wheel.

I’ve checked with the team and we can confirm that there is an issue affecting the Booster Wheel, which is why some of you are seeing the timer stuck or not being able to spin.
The team is already working on a fix, and we’re pushing to have this resolved as soon as possible.
In the meantime, there isn’t anything specific you need to do on your side, just make sure your game is updated when a new version becomes available.

Hi @Carol-38, Yes, I saw it and I replied to it HERE, maybe the tag never made it…. but just so you are aware, I've passed on your details to the team that it did not work for your game and I have already reported to the team about the Booster Wheel timer not matching so this could be related somehow but let's see what they say.

About the All Stars music, I’m not sure I fully understand the issue yet. Do you mean that:
• You can’t hear any music at all, or • The music went back to the regular Candy Crush Saga music instead of the All Stars soundtrack?
To help us check this, could you let me know which music you are hearing in the game right now?
You can also listen to the All Stars 2026 playlist here to compare the tracks:
If you can tell me which track sounds closest to what you hear in the game, that will help us figure out if the All Stars music is playing or not.

If you want to check for updates you need to do it through your device’s app store. Here’s how:
1. Open the app store on your device
2. Search for “Candy Crush Saga.”
3. If you see an “Update” button, tap it to install the latest version of the game.
If you only see “Open”, it usually means your game is already updated to the latest version available for your device.
After updating, restart the game and check again to see if the feature is working.
Sometimes the update doesn’t appear right away because the App Store or Google Play Store hasn’t refreshed yet. Try searching for Candy Crush Saga directly in the store, open the game page, and check if the Update button appears there. If not, restarting your device can also help refresh the store.

I've passed on your details so the team can have a closer look.. I have already reported to the team about the Booster Wheel timer not matching so this could be related somehow but let's see what they say.
Also, just to be sure and I know this is not the case but, the timer on the device has not been changed has it? Have you been traveling lately?

I guess you need to wait about 9 days before you can use the Booster Wheel. Mine works as excepted.

And 15 hours 18 minutes when I open Events
That's an awful lot of Coconut Wheels I've missed out on 😉 Now please don't feel sorry for me and have 14 Coconut Wheels added to my account, that really wouldn't be funny 😳

Sorry if I wasn't clear enough @Carol-38 but 1.323.0.1 is the latest issue as far as I know.
Note that the fix is only for mobile users and not Facebook or PC users.

For the last 2 days, the Booster Wheel isn't working. I start the game and go to spin the booster wheel, but it just says "come back later for another spin", as if I've already spun it for that day. But I haven't been able to spin it for 2 days. That's never happened before. I need all the boosters I can get for these tough levels.

Why did you break the "STRENGTHENING WHEEL" in the Events section, which was working flawlessly and awarding prizes? The "STRENGTHENING WHEEL" on the homepage and in the Events section is and hasn't been awarding prizes for several days. Even though the day has just begun, it resets itself. This is because a new day begins after nightfall, and the right to receive a prize arises. A person can claim their prize at any time. So, while my feedback from yesterday was being considered, it appears that a properly functioning event is now broken. Please fix this and compensate me for the prizes I haven't received. I haven't received prizes twice now because it's broken and not progressing correctly. This is brought to the attention of the relevant authorities.

the booster weel on the game has not workrd for two days now, you click on it and it just keeps saying come back later ? and clock keeps saying 19 hrs kind regards steph

Hello. Both me and my wife have the same problem, that we can't spin with the wheel for a few days, it always waits and when the counter is 0, it starts the countdown again and doesn't let me spin! This error came up after the last update! I'll ask someone to fix it. Thank you

I have purchased coins in Candy Crush Saga, but after spinning the wheel, the additional lives and rewards are not showing up in the game. This issue is causing a loss of interest in playing. Earlier, even after the moves were completed, the additional moves I won helped me complete the level many times, but this feature is no longer appearing.
Kindly look into this issue and resolve it at the earliest.

Unrelated but did this issue caused 1.322 not to appear for Windows Users? How will these players play out the new levels for today. Will they able to play them using 1.321 or they have to use Mobile to play them? On Android I have 1.322 installed which has the wheel bug.
I can play them with 1.321 but please ensure 1.322 will be available on Windows later this week as the new 60 ones are the last ones that can be done with 1.321. Thanks!
Currently the bug exists still but the correct Booster Wheel items are now showing which include a 15min UFO (And Party in my case)
