10 days ago, I noticed that there was a problem in my game. When I open the game, but also after each level played, the images at the end of this post appear and the screen freezes. Basically, 2 stamps overlap and the game freezes.

Because the problem was not resolved, encouraged by an response of community manager FluffyDinosaur to a question from christinewupp about player support (Has Player Support been closed down? - King Community), I requested help directly from the CCS account.
The first answer I received was: "Close all the other apps running in the background. • Make sure that both the device and the Candy Crush Saga app are up-to-date. • Turn off your device, leave it off for at least 10 seconds, then turn it on again. • Make sure you have a minimum of 2 GB of free space on your device. If you've tried these steps and still need support, please do get back in touch. We'd be happy to investigate further."
Obviously, I followed all the suggested steps, but the problem was not solved.
