I play Candy Crush Saga and Farm Heroes Saga and after watching ads on both, not getting the booster I watched the ad for. Help!

Same here. Why watch ads then if we get no boosters.
Unfortunately @pokerpaul there seems to be many things that aren't as they should be. The only thing you can try is contacting Player Support - if you can be bothered - and see if they can/will do anything for you π€
Hi @11596105638 Welcome to the Community π€ boosters are stored only on our devices, they are not also shown on our King accounts. So when buying and using a different device your boosters won't be transferred. Luckily where you have reached on the map and how many gold bars you have are stored on your account, so they get transferred. Maybe you could play on your old device to use up your boosters while saving new ones to your new device.

i bought a new phone and I had all kind of boosters saved up and when I logged into the account it started me where I was but didn't give the boosters,it's it like lii lost them. Can anyone please help me
